Pharmaceutical/Miniature Folding
With the installation of our miniature folding machine late 2006, consisting of 10 plates in the first station and 8 plates in the second, coupled with the smallest fold size of 18mm there are very few folding combinations we are unable to achieve.
Spiral Binding
We are very pleased to be able to announce a brand new service of plastic spiral binding.
With 45 different colours to choose from and spine sizes ranging from 8mm to 33mm Spiral (or coil) binding is an ideal way to produce educational planners, brochures and reports as it is a very durable method of binding any item requiring heavy usage.
Perfect Binding
In early March a single clamp machine was installed to accommodate the shorter run market, whilst in May our new 4-clamp machine came in as a replacement for an older machine enabling us to bind the longer runs.
We can of course also burst bind and do section sewn work on both machines.
Laminating
We also installed our second thermal laminating machine in March giving us more capacity than any of our competition and allows us to cover sheet sizes from SRA4 to B1 in matt, gloss and silk films, single or double sided.
Don’t forget we also offer many other services such as miniature folding, high speed folding, saddle stitching, loop stitching, encapsulating, numbering, wire-o-binding (calendars and books),die cutting guillotining etc. This is not an exhaustive list
